The hotel is in a great, peaceful location near a train station, within walking distance to a large mall and a smaller shopping area.

Great location - only 5 minutes walk from the bus station and 5 minutes walk to the railway station. Take tram no. 6 outside the hotel directly to the city centre, only 3 stops or take the 7 min. walk to the city centre. Take the train to Ljubljana, departs every 2nd hour - Stay 3-4 nights at Arcotel Allegra Zagreb and you can se two beautiful cities.

Good sized units with a bath and a very sparsely made bed plus all the conveniences, and the staff were amiable. We had an electric kettle and a fridge. The location of the hotel was good, very near the main square.

Stylish and impeccably clean place with genuinely helpful staff who excelled in customer service. A lot of options for breakfast in the bar. Nicely furnished rooms with big TV's, nice armchairs, amazing breakfast. Public parking nearby provided. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Loved the functional double room with a great design. the bed was very clean. - Convenient to have a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and refrigerators. - the location was comfortable with easy access to Branimir Centar.

It was high-class, brand-new and with big tv's. The location was decent, close to Branimir Centar.

We were returning to Zagreb for one night before flying to Frankfurt and back home to Australia. We knew the location from our previous visit a month earlier, and knew it was great for the train and bus stations and also to get 'into town'. We really enjoyed the comfort of your hotel, and loved your city!

Just as I expected! I had a nice one-night stay here. Great location 😊 It's so convenient - right near Branimir Centar with a small shopping mall and shopping area close by. Perfect for a quick shopping spree or easy errands!

Friendly and helpful staff

Uncomfortable beds, little atmosphere, a feeling we were staying in an empty, boring and characterless hotel meant for German business men rather than tourists. The hotel is marketed as 'cool, and 'hip' but pop art bed sheets and curtins does not create a cool, fun or interesting stay

After 7 weeks of touring Turkey and Croatia, this hotel had the best breakfast by far - saved the best till last. Even provided a breakky pack on our last morning as we had to leave before the 6.30am breakfast.
